This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for stripping, assessing, rebuilding, and testing engines and components to meet strict specifications. Key Responsibilities Strip down and assess engines and components following detailed work instructions. Carry out component inspections and determine fitness for purpose. Record additional Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements and maintain accurate documentation. Rebuild and test engines to original equipment or military specifications. Report faults and follow guidance from the Workshop Supervisor. Maintain high standards of workmanship while working efficiently. Ensure compliance with health 'safety, quality, and operational procedures . Accurately record job activities daily using the internal ERP system. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in engine fitting , mechanical assembly , or remanufacturing . Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read and follow technical instructions. Good verbal and written communication skills. Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel) or willingness to train.
