This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant QS ready to step up, or a QS seeking more ownership and development within a modern, forward-thinking business. The position focuses solely on the timber frame package not the full build. Therefore, strong QS fundamentals and sound commercial judgement are essential. Job Spec You will be responsible for managing the commercial and financial performance of multiple timber frame projects, working within a supportive and collaborative commercial department. Projects range from single plots to large multi-unit housing developments, typically 1520 live schemes at varying stages. This is an office-based role with occasional site visits, working closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. The company operates hybrid working with three days in the office.
