Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager and working collaboratively within a team of six, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Setting up new client accounts and conducting Experian credit checksMonitoring and managing the aged debtor ledgerAccurate cash allocation and account reconciliationsResolving queries promptly and professionallyLiaising regularly with internal sales teams to ensure smooth processesAssisting with cashflow forecasting and contributing to debtor day reduction About You The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive Credit Controller with:Proven experience in credit control within a busy finance environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with external stakeholdersTenacity and resilience to manage challenging situations and drive positive outcomesExcellent problem-solving ability for handling queries and escalationsSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP functions) This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role offering the chance to join a supportive team and make a real impact on cashflow performance.
