Roles & Responsibilities In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle for a range of marine-based AV and automation installations. Responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end AV and automation projects within superyacht and luxury marine environments. Coordinating engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders to set expectations and ensure successful outcomes. Overseeing installation, integration, testing, and project handovers. Maintainingaccuratedocumentation, schedules, and project plans using Microsoft Project. Carrying out on-site visits, including extended periods of international travel. Ensuring compliance with RAMS, relevant standards, and best-practice installation methods. This role suits experienced AV Project Managers or senior engineers ready to step into a leadership position. Your Skills & Experience Strong understanding of AV and automation systems within the yacht or luxury residential/marine sector. Hands-on experience with Crestron and Lutron control systems. Confident working with IT networks, switches, and related infrastructure. Knowledge of multi-room AV, cinema systems, LED/LCD displays, projection, and high-end audio. Proven ability to manage complex integration projects with multiple stakeholders. UK-based or holding an existing valid UK working visa. Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.
