Were looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across EMEA. Youll own the full sales cycle, work across sectors, and lead deals that make a real impact, from wastewater to mining and beyond.Responsibilities:Owning the full enterprise sales cycle prospecting to contractBuilding account plans and leading strategic conversationsClosing significant deals with enterprise clientsNavigating complex negotiations with senior decision-makersCollaborating with SMEs and CSMs to tailor solutionsFeeding market insights back into product and GTM strategyRepresenting the business at industry events and conferencesKeeping your pipeline clean and forecasts sharp in CRMSkills and Experience:Experienced enterprise SaaS or complex solution salesExperience selling into industrial, infrastructure, or environmental sectors (air quality, dust, noise, or wastewater tech is a big plus)A track record of closing big dealsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsComfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesAbility to work independently and drive resultsAbout IdeagenIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
