This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical installation works on automation projects across the UK. You will play a central part in planning, site coordination, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Role As Electrical Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Supervising electrical installation activities on live project sitesMaintaining and updating the Electrical Installation HandbookPlanning and organising site activities ahead of project kick-offCreating job installation packs and supporting project planningOrdering, controlling, and coordinating materials and equipmentLeading site inductions and project kick-off briefingsMentoring engineers and setting standards for quality and safetyLeading daily site huddles and weekly progress meetingsManaging change requests and resolving technical or delivery issuesContributing to RAID registers and project reportingProducing weekly progress reports for senior managementSupporting project close-out and handover activitiesPromoting continuous improvement across processes, systems, and working practicesCandidate Requirements Our client is looking for a hands-on supervisor with strong technical and leadership capability.
