We are looking for a dynamic and driven Faculty Leader to lead curriculum delivery, champion innovation and empower both staff and students to achieve outstanding outcomes. You will lead a passionate team of specialists from Maths and English backgrounds, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning that makes a real and lasting difference to learners lives. What you will do Lead and manage a team of Maths and English specialists, driving excellence in teaching, learning and assessment Shape curriculum delivery to meet the needs of learners and employers, ensuring flexibility, relevance and innovation Drive performance across attendance, achievement and progression within the faculty Work closely with senior leaders to align provision with the Colleges strategic priorities Champion quality through learning walks, feedback and the sharing of best practice Engage externally to support growth, strengthen partnerships and raise the profile of the faculty What we are looking for A proven leader with experience of curriculum management and developing high-performing teams Strong knowledge of Maths and/or English provision for a diverse range of learners A passion for innovation in education and improving learner outcomes Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment Why join Oldham College Oldham College is a great career choice for ambitious professionals.
