Introduction An exciting opportunity has arisen for an E commerce Marketplace Manager to join the European team at KEF, one of the worlds leading premium audio brands. This is a hybrid role, based in London. Role Summary: Reporting into the Senior Director, E-Commerce & Digital Platform, the Ecommerce Marketplace Manager will drive the management and growth on Amazon and other marketplaces (e.g. Bol.com, Otto etc.) throughout Europe. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, experienced ecommerce native who is comfortable working hands-on whilst driving long term strategies. This position will have real ownership over the marketplace experience and be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analysing data and growing marketplace opportunities. To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience managing Amazon Seller accounts. Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize listings across multiple European regions with the aim of meeting or exceeding sales targets Coordinate content creation of A+ pages and Brand Stores, working crossfunctionally with designers and local European marketeers Oversee inventory management, ensuring right stock is always on hand Monitor and improve brand exposure and marketplace health, updating processes and information as needed Run and optimise advertising campaigns to drive performance Ensure compliance and knowledge of marketplace policies and guidelines Stay abreast of marketplace changes and current best practices, e.g., updates to fee structure, search algorithm, merchandising capabilities that could impact the business. Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve issues via testing and support tickets Monitor, analyse and report on marketplace metrics and sales Personal Skills, Qualifications and Competencies Three-plus years experience in ecommerce, online marketing, or equivalent Strong operational knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is essential Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel, working efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment Ability to create, analyse and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others Ability to work well under pressure while meeting critical deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel Interest in audio industry preferred Fluency in German, French, Dutch, Italian or Spanish is strongly preferred We offer attractive remuneration package, 5-day work week and long-term career development opportunities to the right candidate.
