Freelance Electrical M&E Engineer Location: West London Duration: 9 months Start Date: 5th January 2026 Project Value: 80m A leading main contractor is seeking a Freelance Electrical M&E Engineer for a 9-month contract on a 80m Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre (ADC) project in West London. The project is a state-of-the-art, all-electric healthcare facility providing diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI), cancer treatment, renal dialysis, and a training and education centre. Role & Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise electrical M&E works on site Manage and monitor electrical subcontractors Carry out quality inspections, WIRs, and assist with QVF systems Issue and close out NCRs and CARs Liaise daily with M&E trades, civils and senior engineers Monitor programme and report weekly to the Project Manager Ensure H&S and CDM compliance at the work face Requirements Strong electrical background within M&E Experience with a main contractor or major M&E subcontractor Subcontractor management experience IT literate with strong attention to detail Building Services qualification advantageous but not essential Package Freelance role 9 months Competitive day rate, dependent on experience Start date: 5th January 2026 TPBN1_UKTJ
