You will be expected to learn how to navigate in-house IT systems to work with data and information and use other applications to support services delivered virtually. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships, working as part of a team, and you will be required to work flexibly to meet service needs.About UsWe are looking to recruit to a part time Business Support Assistant post providing administrative support to the Adult Social Care Safeguarding Team. The role deals with all care home safeguarding concerns enquires, liaising with care home managers regional managers and the Quality team, responding to the manager with the initial email and enquiry form, then chasing up the form after 2-3 weeks, and where necessary escalating to the safeguarding team and updating the case management system.At Stockport Council we are one ambitious team on a mission to create opportunities for everyone who lives, works and spends time in the borough.
