Currently, over 35,000 customers trust ANNA to look after their banking and admin.We're looking for an experienced accounting and tax analyst to join our team.You will be expected to:Work with developers and UX designers to help automate bookkeeping and tax calculationsEnsure testing and excellent quality controls on the automation of bookkeeping, tax calculations, and return preparationsHelp clients and customer support with complicated issues Review and adjust annual accounts and CT600 filings for microentitiesEducate Customer Experience agents to help clients with tax/bookkeeping issues Share knowledge with the public and ANNA clients and be our primary go to person for tax and accounting news; preparing articles, writing blog posts and newsletters to keep our customers up to dateWe are looking for a positive, independent person capable of building efficient team relationships and managing.RequirementsThe successful candidate should have excellent working knowledge and 4+ years of experience in: Accountancy service/consulting small businesses: Preparing and submitting VAT returns through Making Tax Digital (MTD) Preparing and submitting Corporation tax and income tax returnsBookkeeping And a passion for automating manual processesThe ideal candidate should be AAT (level 2 or above) IAB, ICB or ACCA part qualified.BenefitsWhat We OfferHybrid work model — based in London or RemoteGreat perks including Perkbox, Cycle to Work schemeTravel allowance up to £1,000/yearContinuous learning budget up to £1,000/yearGrowth share options (10x growth in recent years)An employee-driven salary reviewWell-being, fitness, and mental health support programs.
