With a keen desire to learn and a passion for the industry, the Account Executive will have the opportunity to work across different service areas, which could include:Account & Project AdministrationEvent Production SupportCustomer Service SupportThis is a fixed term contract role with an immediate start until 29 May 2026. You will work closely with the OBE London NFL and NFL Teams account to support the execution of high-profile campaigns to deliver to the needs and expectations of the client. You will be part of a team ensuring that we provide a service for ‘in real life’ moments that are best in class.On a day-to-day basis you work collaboratively and creatively with your colleagues, suppliers and clients in order to help deliver high quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, to bring disruptive and innovative ideas to all of our campaigns.ResponsibilitiesThe Account Executive role is varied, and you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:Account & Project AdministrationAssisting the Account Lead in managing day to day relationships with allocated clientsWorking alongside the Account Lead to facilitate the client briefManaging specific day to day administrative tasksSupporting the creation of key client documentationManaging your own workload using OBE London’s project management processesSupporting with the presentation of responses to the brief and key documents to clientsSupporting Account Lead with the management of delivery budgetsEvent Production & Customer Service SupportSupporting the Event Production Lead with innovative and creative solutions in the design and delivery phase of campaignsAssisting the Event Production Lead with the management of key suppliers, stakeholders and partnersSupporting on ground execution as requiredLead school and club communications including recruitmentVenue research and administrationSupporting the completion of key event delivery documentationSupporting day to day communication with venue partnersSupporting day to day communication with engaged participantsDelivering logistical planning such as accommodation, subsistence & travel bookingsSupporting the management of an on-call Event Control function during live deliveryAbout the person:We are looking for a highly dedicated member of the team who is keen to learn.
