Development Project Officer2 posts37 hours per week, based in Preston£42,389.38 per annumCommunity Gateway Association (CGA) is a tenant-led, community-focused housing association delivering high-quality homes and services across Preston and beyond. We're looking for two Development Project Officers to help deliver new-build schemes and acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring projects meet our development objectives and values.What we are looking for... Experience managing new-build housing projects Strong knowledge of health 'safety, Building Regulations, and planning Ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively Excellent organisational and decision-making skills Good IT skills and data literacy Relevant construction qualification (Level 4 or equivalent) Full driving licence and access to a car It would be great if you also had...
