For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Great BritainAbout The OpportunityAs the HCM Services Consultant, you will help our customers succeed with Dayforce in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). You will lead one or more activities, under the direction of the Project Manager. Project responsibilities include facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design and configuration of the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to junior consultants, proactively identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.We put the customer at the centre of everything we do. You will focus on helping our customers transform every area of HCM to help them succeed with Dayforce. You will provide best-in-class guidance to maximise the value of their Dayforce investment.
