We’re excited to be growing our team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our legal division on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop a long-term career in professional recruitment. You’ll play a key role in connecting talented legal professionals with firms across the UK, while developing your own client base and becoming a trusted advisor in your market.Main duties will include:Proactively sourcing candidates through Bullhorn, Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn RecruiterDeveloping new business and nurturing existing client relationshipsBuilding strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clientsFormatting and presenting CVs to a high standardTaking detailed job briefs directly from clientsCreating engaging job descriptions for our website and job boardsManaging applications and actively searching for suitable candidates across multiple channelsProviding an honest, consultative service to both clients and candidatesCoordinating interviews and fully preparing candidates ahead of timeNegotiating offers and managing expectations on both sidesThe successful candidate will have:Previous experience in sales or an office-based customer service environment, with the confidence to speak to people at all levelsExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build instant rapportA confident, resilient and tenacious approach to challengesStrong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of a busy workloadConfident with everyday IT and willing to learn new software as neededA genuine desire to learn, grow and deepen your market knowledgeA proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset with the drive to make things happenIf this role looks like your next challenge, please apply via the advert or contact Calum for further information.We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you haven’t heard back within 10 days please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position or the position has been filled.
