This new strategy is part of an exciting journey for a well-established and profitable company with further opportunities for growth in the coming years.IntroductionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to join the European team at KEF, one of the world’s leading premium audio brands.This is a hybrid role, based in London. Role Summary:Reporting into the Senior Director, E-Commerce & Digital Platform, the Ecommerce Marketplace Manager will drive the management and growth on Amazon and other marketplaces (e.g. , Otto etc.) throughout Europe. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, experienced ecommerce native who is comfortable working hands-on whilst driving long term strategies. This position will have real ownership over the marketplace experience and be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analysing data and growing marketplace opportunities.To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience managing Amazon Seller accounts. Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize listings across multiple European regions with the aim of meeting or exceeding sales targetsCoordinate content creation of A+ pages and Brand Stores, working crossfunctionally with designers and local European marketeersOversee inventory management, ensuring right stock is always on handMonitor and improve brand exposure and marketplace health, updating processes and information as neededRun and optimise advertising campaigns to drive performanceEnsure compliance and knowledge of marketplace policies and guidelinesStay abreast of marketplace changes and current best practices, e.g., updates to fee structure, search algorithm, merchandising capabilities that could impact the business.Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve issues via testing and support ticketsMonitor, analyse and report on marketplace metrics and salesPersonal Skills, Qualifications and CompetenciesThree-plus years’ experience in ecommerce, online marketing, or equivalentStrong operational knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is essentialAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel, working efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environmentAbility to create, analyse and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with othersAbility to work well under pressure while meeting critical deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular ExcelInterest in audio industry preferredFluency in German, French, Dutch, Italian or Spanish is strongly preferredWe offer attractive remuneration package, 5-day work week and long-term career development opportunities to the right candidate.
