Projects can vary in size from 50k up to 2m and often within automotive, medical, industrial and aerospace industries.Salary 55K - 65K, 25 days holiday, pension contribution, laptop & phoneHours Monday - Friday, 1pm finish Fridays.The roleManage a small team of 4 design engineers.Design using 2D AutoCAD and Inventor 3D CAD software Design machines and systems from the concept stage through to the final detailed stageInvolved with the planning, organising and customer meetings working closely with the project leaderSolving problems and initiating corrective actions as required ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.Developing team skills set, motivation.Proactively engaging with emerging advances digital twins, Industry 4.0 principlesLead design reviewsParticipate in customer meetings to clarify technical requirements and present design concepts. xjdpvnf Person ProfileSeveral years' design management experience - essentialA senior design engineer from the automation sector will be consideredStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, robotics, and automation technologies - all beneficialVisa sponsorship is not possible.
