We're a dynamic, rapidly growing investment company based in the vibrant West End of London , and we're seeking an exceptional, highly organised, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) / Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to a small team of Directors. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our executive function, requiring discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities As our EA/PA, you'll be the backbone of the Directors' daily operations, with responsibilities including: Diary Management: Proactively managing and coordinating demanding schedules, meetings (internal and external), and conference calls across multiple time zones. Travel Coordination: Arranging and managing extensive and detailed international and domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries. Correspondence & Communication: Acting as the primary gatekeeper, handling and drafting professional correspondence, screening calls, and managing email inboxes. Meeting Support: Preparing meeting materials, including presentations and reports, taking minutes, and following up on action points to ensure timely completion. Administrative Support: Processing expenses, managing invoicing, and maintaining an efficient and organised filing system (digital and physical). Office Liaison: Serving as the key link between the Directors and internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. Ad-hoc Projects: Assisting with various business and personal administrative tasks and projects as required by the Directors. What We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated individual who possesses: Proven Experience: 1 to 2 years + worth of experience in an Team Support role supporting management, ideally within the professional services sector. Location: Commutable distance to our West End, London office Exceptional Organisation: Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
