This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTimesheet Management:Reconcile franchisee timesheet claims accurately and on time.Handle franchisee queries related to timesheets and resolve discrepancies promptly.Credit ControlMonitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.Maintain accurate credit control records and escalate issues where necessary.Customer Invoice QueriesRespond to customer invoice queries with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.Task Prioritization & Time ManagementOrganize workload effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize critical tasks.Adapt quickly to changing business needs and switch between tasks as required.Cross-Functional SupportProvide assistance across finance and operational tasks to support business objectives.Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.Essential RequirementsPrevious experience in credit control and timesheet management is essential.Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Experience in a similar finance or accounts assistant role.Behaviours & AttributesStrong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.Critical Success FactorsAccuracy In Financial RecordsConsistently maintain precise and error-free accounting records, reconciliations, and reports.Meeting Reporting DeadlinesComplete duties and other time-sensitive tasks promptly to ensure smooth financial operations.Effective Communication And CollaborationCommunicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support projects.About UsNeighborly (yes without a u) was established over 40 years ago in the United States as a small family business.
