New Exciting Opportunity Maximo Functional ConsultantDuration: Contract (6 Months+)Location: Manchester, United Kingdom (Hybrid)IR35 Status: Inside IR35Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Maximo Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical knowledge to lead Asset Management initiatives for a large travel organisation. The role involves owning Maximo EAM functional design, configuration, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery across asset, work, and inventory management.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong functional knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM, including Asset, Work, and Inventory Management.Hands-on experience designing and configuring Maximo using Application Designer, Workflow Configuration, and Database Configuration.Experience integrating Maximo with third-party systems.Proven experience with Maximo Mobile configuration and deployment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers, understand issues, and propose effective solutions.Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership and lead initiatives independently.Desirable Skills & ExperienceExperience delivering Maximo solutions for airport or travel-sector organisations.IBM Maximo certification (Functional or Application Developer).Experience working on other EAM implementations or upgrade projects.Background working in fast-paced, delivery-focused project environments.
