You’ll be responsible for building deep, trusted relationships across multiple functions within the retail account, from buying and trading through to technical and supply chain, while ensuring internal teams are fully aligned and set up for success.You’ll have full accountability for sales performance, profitability and long-term growth. You’ll lead the development and execution of customer plans, promotional strategies and pricing architecture, balancing volume growth with margin delivery. Range reviews, category analysis and market benchmarking will sit firmly in your remit, with a strong expectation that you can interpret data, spot gaps and turn insight into action. Take ownership of forecasting and performance reporting, ensuring weekly and monthly updates are accurate, meaningful and used to drive better decisions at both the customer and senior leadership level.Innovation is a big part of this role. You’ll work closely with NPD to identify new opportunities, shape product pipelines and bring commercially viable ideas to market. From early-stage concept discussions through to launch execution, you’ll oversee the whole process.
