NTT DATA Inc. Partner & Alliances | Red Hat Alliance Solutions ManagerLondon BasedAs part of the NTT DATA Inc. Partner and Alliances team, this role requires an energetic, detail-orientated person, experienced in sales and/or business development as well as a comprehensive understanding of Alliance Partner technologies. The Alliance Solutions Manager will work with their Alliance Partner counterpart to support and execute the joint strategic business plan and will function as the glue between NTT DATA Inc. and the Alliance Partner, building deep relationships between the teams and orchestrating the workflow between both companies. What You’ll be doing; Drive Strategic Alliances: Lead partnerships with Red Hat ecosystem partners to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives, develop solutions, and accelerate revenue growth.Enable Sales Success: Equip internal teams to articulate Alliance Partner and NTT value propositions, identify opportunities, overcome objections, and unlock funding through partner programs.Build Pipeline & Momentum: Collaborate with sales teams and partners on joint account planning, demand generation campaigns, and pipeline creation aligned with strategic priorities.Act as a Trusted Advisor: Develop strong relationships with client managers and technical teams, providing expertise on partner technologies and industry trends to secure competitive wins.Champion Partner Solutions: Ensure alignment of partner strategies with Red Hat’s portfolio across cloud, automation, and application modernization.Enhance Brand Awareness: Promote Alliance Partner solutions internally and externally, sharing best practices and insights to strengthen NTT’s market position.Collaborate & Enable: Work with internal teams to create training, collateral, and communication that supports sales of Alliance Partner-based solutions.Resolve Challenges: Support the Partner Alliance team in addressing escalated issues and ensuring smooth collaboration.What you’ll bring; The ability to tactically identify sales opportunities and how to address these using combined NTT and Alliance Partner value propositions when working with the sales organisationAble to focus and execute in a changing environmentAbility to make things happenConversant with a business outcomes-led approach to salesUnderstanding of financial statements and metrics to hold a strategic client conversationProblem solving individual who takes initiative and collaborates well with both internal and external stakeholdersGreat presentation, verbal, and writing skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across a wide range of audience levels and functionsStrong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions beneficial to NTT, and the client, based on Alliance Partner technologies and solutionsAbility to proactively and independently identify and qualify opportunitiesHighly collaborative self-starter who ensures alignment and builds optimal relationships with key stakeholdersAction-orientated, quick learner who can meet deadlines, with the capability to manage a range of projects while consistently delivering results We’re a business with a global reach that empowers local teams, and we undertake hugely exciting work that is genuinely changing the world.
