Manufacturing Operator - 4755964Location: Perth - 4 Auld Bond RoadWorkplace: OnsitePay Rate: Competitive hourly rateStart Date: ASAPDuration: 6 months (possibility of extension)Hours per Week: 40 hours Full-timeOvertime: AvailableShift Pattern: Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day (20:30-07:00)About the RoleAs a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and blueprints related to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and packaging of finished goods. This role requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong communication and operational skills to help our team meet daily production schedules and quality goals.Key Responsibilities* Follow Manufacturing SOPs and complete production paperwork accurately.* Operate and monitor production equipment, including conveyors.* Assist with equipment validation and material setup per work orders.* Inspect materials, products, and containers throughout the process.* Perform packaging tasks: filling, sealing, labelling, and sorting.* Maintain clean and sanitised work areas and equipment.* Ensure compliance with ISO/cGMP Quality System Regulations.RequirementsEducation: Secondary Education or equivalent.Experience:* Previous experience in a manufacturing or lab environment preferred.* Experience working in a cleanroom is a plus.Skills & Abilities:* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.* Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.* Strong teamwork and adaptability to changing priorities.* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and standing.PPE Requirements:* Safety boots (provided by the supplier), cleanroom suit, gloves (non-latex), mask, and eye protection.* Respiratory mask required in preparation areas.Hays Talent Solutions is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
