SALARY: Starting from £26,368.80 pa dependent on experienceLOCATION: Milton KeynesHYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time Permanent, 35 hours per weekCLOSING DATE: 09/01/2026 We reserve the right to close the advert earlier If we receive a high volume of applications.We’re looking for an Operational Compliance Coordinator to assist with compliance activities across all Customer Operations departments and provide full administrative support to Customer Operations committees.This high-impact and compliance focused role will be instrumental in ensuring customer outcomes, business standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met by supporting Operational Compliance Managers with oversight and assurance.What You’ll Be DoingSupport Operational Compliance Managers by documenting, following up, and escalating customer and regulatory risks. Organise and facilitate Customer Operations Committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, producing accurate minutes, and maintaining action logs. Manage the Operational Compliance inbox, assessing queries for risk and prioritising appropriately. Stay up to date with regulatory requirements to support adherence and risk management. Track and monitor Internal Audit and Compliance actions, following up with stakeholders for updates. Collaborate with Quality and Insights teams to review customer journeys and drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate committee submissions, escalations, and risk reporting. Support annual reviews of governance and risk control processes, including Business Continuity and RoPAs. Ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation and processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.What You’ll BringYou’ll be a detail-oriented and proactive team player, confident in managing compliance processes and supporting governance activities.You’ll have a passion for delivering operational excellence, a focus on risk management, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and collaboration.Essential Experience & Skills Excellent PC literacy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Proven experience managing stakeholders at all levels and working within cross-functional teams Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance. Ability to review customer interactions or processes to identify gaps or failures. Strong communication and influencing skills.
