Nursery Room Leader Toddler and Baby Room Location: Reading Setting: Day Nursery (ages 3 months 5 years) Hours: 36-40 hours per week Hourly rate: 14.50 15.50 per hour Are you passionate about giving babies and toddlers the best start in life? Were looking for an experienced Room Leader to join our friendly nursery team in Reading. Youll lead both of our under-2s rooms (Baby Room and Toddler Room) and create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. What we offer: Hourly rate: 14.50 15.50 Hours: 3640 per week Flexible shift patterns : 5 days x 8 hour shifts OR 4 days x 9 hour shifts About you: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or equivalent childcare qualification Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine love for working with babies and toddlers Ability to plan engaging activities and support developmental milestones Why join us?
