The work is varied from global shopper toolkits, brand strategy, design execution and production.As Senior Account Manager you will ensure each project is managed effectively, efficiently and profitably; building up relationships with clients and all key stakeholders, ensuring the work delivers against our internal benchmarks.This role can be based wither in Leeds or London with the requirement for a minimum of 1 day within either office a week. You will work within a team alongside an Account Director and a Senior Account Executive to support with the daily management of the accounts. There may be a requirement for overseas travels depending on the client and projects at the time.Key ResponsibilitiesDrives efficient financial processes, managing estimates, contracts, budgets, and profitability with confidence and accuracy.Identifies and champions growth opportunities through integrated thinking, market insight, and proactive value creation.Builds trusted client partnerships, applying strategic thinking, research, and strong communication to guide and influence outcomes.Delivers strong creative leadership, writing effective briefs, evaluating ideas, and ensuring high-quality, strategically aligned creative output.Leads teams and clients with clarity and collaboration, motivating others and ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects.Ensures smooth, timely project delivery through strong process management, cross-team coordination, and attention to detail.Required Skills And ExperienceProven experience as a Senior Account Manager in a creative agencyUnderstanding of brand growth strategiesShopper Marketing, eCommerce and promotional experience a mustExperience of developing an account and growing the businessPassion for generating bright ideas and delivering work that sellsAbility to think beyond execution and to offer solutions rather than problemsExperience and success establishing and maintaining effective working relations with internal and external stakeholdersWhy join Live & Breathe?At Live & Breathe, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for big brands, collaborate with talented colleagues, and grow your skills and experience.
