We offer balanced work hours, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Negotiators take turns handling weekend inquiries, so you will get weekends off to enjoy time with your family. We value team players who thrive in a friendly, competitive setting where everyone cheers for each other's successes. Ideally, you have two years of experience as a lettings negotiator to quickly adapt and excel in this role. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!Main Responsibilities:Evaluate the objectives of an applicant to identify their needs and requirementsHandle lettings enquiries and present suitable properties which meet the applicant's needsConduct viewings and negotiate offersPrepare tenancy documents, oversee referencing and Right to Rent checksMonitor the property market to identify new schemes and opportunitiesMaintain a database of all properties in the portfolioPromote and enhance the exposure of the company's portfolio on social mediaSupport the Lettings Director with additional tasks as and when requiredSkills required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishMinimum 2 years of experience as a lettings negotiator, ideally in central LondonIdeally ARLA licensedWilling to learn and develop in the roleAbility to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlordsBe efficient and organisedExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle confidential information
