The RoleAs a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising on-site activities related to the installation of Creagh Concrete’s precast products. You will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and client expectations. The job is based UK-wide.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising day-to-day site operations and installation activitiesCoordinating site labour, subcontractors, and deliveriesEnsuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, RAMS, and specificationsMaintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental complianceLiaising with project managers, main contractors, and clientsMonitoring progress against programme and reporting on-site activitiesMaintaining site records, permits, and quality documentationRequirementsProven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar roleBackground in precast concrete, structural concrete, or civil construction (advantageous)Strong understanding of construction drawings and site proceduresSSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)CSCS card (required)Willingness to travel and work on sites throughout the UKStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and packageOpportunity to work on major construction projects across the UKCareer progression within a well-established and growing companyStrong safety culture and supportive team environment
