As Subject Lead, you’ll be a key force in bringing that vision to life.PositionThe RoleYou’ll lead the design, development and delivery of the BA Business Management curriculum, ensuring teaching remains innovative, engaging and aligned with industry needs. You’ll oversee academic standards, mentor teaching staff, and champion a high-quality student experience across classroom, blended and weekend/evening delivery models.Key ResponsibilitiesLead curriculum design, teaching, assessment and programme development across Levels 4–6.Ensure academic quality, consistency and high professional standards across modules.Create and review learning materials, assessments, handbooks and online resources.Support, guide and collaborate with teaching teams to deliver excellent learning experiences.Maintain strong industry links and stay up to date with sector developments.Provide academic and pastoral support to students, monitoring progress and driving attainment.Contribute to research, professional practice and course-wide development initiatives.Participate in course committees, exam boards and annual monitoring activities.RequirementsAbout YouYou bring proven success teaching in Higher Education, alongside experience in curriculum development, assessment, and student-focused, inclusive delivery.
