Sponsor SupportCoordinate sponsor requirements, load-in plans and pass allocations.Support sponsor communication before, during and after the show.Event OperationsHelp organise immersive zones, content areas, Main Stage and Kids Zone programming.Coordinate staff schedules, setup teams and event-day personnel.Work with the venue on layouts, screens, steward briefs and operational plans.Assist with talent arrangements for sports guests and TCG signings.
