Mode Executive is supporting a leading global fine jewellery brand in the appointment of a Global Head of / Director of PR & Communications. This role will be responsible for defining and driving the global PR, communications and events strategy, ensuring consistent and high-impact brand activation across all markets, with a clear focus on elevating brand awareness, desirability and return on investment.The position is based in London and operates within the global marketing and communications function. It reports directly into the Brand Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with regional and market teams across EMEA, the US and other key territories. The role is offered on a permanent basis and will involve managing and developing a team as the function continues to evolve. The RoleDefine and lead the global PR, communications and events strategy in line with overall brand and business objectivesDevelop and manage the global PR calendar, budgets, assets and guidelines to ensure consistent execution across marketsPartner with regional teams to deliver impactful PR activity, with particular focus on Western marketsCreate and execute global PR event concepts, maximising reach, coverage and ROIOversee press engagement including interviews, spokesperson activity, entertainment and gifting initiativesIdentify and manage strategic brand collaborations and sponsorship opportunitiesMonitor and analyse PR performance, coverage and DMR reportingManage all global press photo shoot requests, logistics, image usage and approvalsCollaborate with markets to shape influencer strategies and coordinate celebrity and red-carpet dressing opportunitiesIdentify and manage relationships with key influencers, talent and stylists to amplify brand presenceTrack competitor activity to inform and evolve influencer and communications strategiesEstablish and maintain a clear brand voice across all communications channelsDevelop multi-channel communications programmes that resonate with global consumer audiencesOversee brand presence at relevant industry events, trade shows and conferencesManage external agencies and partners, ensuring quality, consistency and complianceWork closely with brand and product marketing teams on all press-facing tools and assets Requirements Proven experience leading global PR and communications strategies within a luxury brandStrong expertise in modern consumer marketing and innovative brand communicationsDemonstrated leadership capability with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholdersExceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and commercial awarenessData-driven mindset, using insight and analytics to inform decision-makingStrategic thinker with a proactive, accountable and hands-on approachAbility to challenge convention and drive innovation while protecting brand integrityCollaborative and inclusive leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvementThis role is operating on a hybrid model with two to three days a week in the office and the remainder from home, plus a highly competitive package is being offered.If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you.Please email your CV directly to (Please note: Due to high application volumes, we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
