In this role, you will build and grow an online and offline community, lead a small distributed team and help shape the strategy that drives awareness and engagement across multiple markets.This role blends leadership, community strategy, content engagement and direct relationship-building within the architecture space. ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor Community Managers and Program Managers.Develop and execute a clear, data-informed community strategy.Support and scale a creator/advocate program.Engage across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Archinect and similar forums.Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences.Share community insights with internal teams to support product and marketing decisions.Stay updated on trends in architecture, community building, and emerging technologies.ExperienceArchitecture background with 5+ years in the architecture community.Strong, credible network within the industry.3+ years promoting yourself, your work or your organisation.Experience building or managing online communities and community strategy.Team leadership experience.Excellent communication and storytelling skills; confident presenting.Proficient with architecture software, Microsoft Office and Slack (or similar).Willingness to travel and flexibility for occasional evening calls.Comfortable trying new tools and technologies.(Nice to Have) - Basic video editing; experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
