Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business , specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis. Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally. Working with the most established companies and candidates within your market! Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.You will have a high level of support and autonomy! This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPIs and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
