Sales Executive Location: Birmingham Salary: 32,500 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE 70,000 140,000+) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (plus occasional weekend events) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview UK Staffing Group is proud to be partnering with a high-growth, high-performing organisation to recruit an ambitious Senior Sales Executive . Following the successful merger of four businesses, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion, with plans to acquire an additional 23 businesses and scale each business unit to 1m profit. Your responsibilities will include: Self-generating and closing new business opportunities across product packages ranging from 2,000 to 50,000 Attending events, exhibitions, and client sites to build relationships and close sales in person Delivering confident, persuasive pitches and presentations with a strong focus on event-based closing Upselling and cross-selling clients into higher-value programmes and long-term solutions Building, managing, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Working collaboratively with marketing and the wider business to maximise new business opportunities You may be required to attend weekend events approximately 12 times per month. Time off in lieu or paid overtime will be provided for weekend work. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of closing deals between 2k and 50k+ Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales targets Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and closing skills High levels of resilience, motivation, and drive in a performance-led environment A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements) Flexibility to attend events and exhibitions as required Why Join?
