Location: ME6 5PX, Snodland, Kent, South East, UKGrafters Recruit are recruiting for several 7.5 tonne drivers for our client in Snodland KentBENEFITS:-£16.20 per hour-Regular work across the week and weekends-Free on-site parking-Automatically enrolled in company pension after 3 months-entitled to Holiday PayDUTIES:Start times around 6amHit the road as part of a2-person delivery crew, as a 7.5t Customer Delivery and Installation team playing a critical role in achieving our purpose of helping everyone enjoy amazing technology. Not only will you be safely delivering, installing and collecting of a range of electrical products into our customers homes, which include White Goods, Televisions and cookers you will be the face of Currys and help us become a market leader by providing unrivalled customer service.Deliver with careplacing items in the correct room and assisting with assemblyKeep customers informed and happy with clear communication and excellent serviceHandle all delivery paperwork using a PDA device and make sure everything runs smoothlyCarry out vehicle checks, keep your lorry clean, and drive safely and professionally.What Were AfterAvalid UK Category C1 (7.5T)driving licenceCPC and digital tachograph cardPrevious 7.5T commercial driving experienceComfortable with lifting and handling large, heavy furnitureA team player with a can-do, customer-first mindsetKnowledge of driver hours/tachograph complianceExperience using PDA scanners is a bonus6 months experience on 7.5 is preferred but new passes are acceptedRate of pay is £16.00 per hour.5 shifts from 7 days, will include weekend days a part of rota.Grafters Recruit Ltd havefive branches,four on-site locationsandfour remote contractsthroughout the country.
