This is an excellent opportunity for HGV/plant fitters seeking to transition into the industrial, marine, and offshore sectors.Key Responsibilities: Service, repair, and overhaul of diesel engines, including fault-finding and diagnostics. Coordinate with Service Co-ordinators to source and procure replacement parts and accessories. Undertake diagnostic investigations to identify and resolve issues. Install and commission engines and associated equipment.Qualifications & Skills:Essential: Proven experience working on diesel engines (Cummins, CAT, Perkins, MTU, Detroit, and Volvo Penta) Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding capabilities. Full UK driving licence.Desirable: Experience working on marine engines, diesel generators, and associated components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.
