Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire, East Midlands, UKBand 6 Community Education NurseLocation: NationwideJob Type: Part timeContract Type: PermanentThe Purpose of the role: For over 30 years we have provided rehabilitation support to people injured at work, in an accident or who have suffered medical negligence. We support clients who face life changing catastrophic injuries, alongside clients who are facing serious and moderate injury. Bush Care Solutions are a Care Quality Commission regulated support function of Bush and Co Rehabilitation. Due to our continued service development we are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. This role will work closely with our Clinical Lead to ensure our care teams are providing safe and effective care. Location:National with the ability to visit clients and staff teams around the country. Also attendance to quarterly team meetings at our head office in Daventry. You will have the opportunity to work from home when not on a visit.Work hours:To work a minimum of 15 hours a week, however there is scope for more hours depending on clients needs and candidates availability. Standard working times are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. However this role will require a degree of flexibility to ensure that the clients needs are met and staff teams are supported. Suited to sit as a second role along side clinical practice hours. Requirements for the role: You will need to be a Registered Nurse (General Adult or Paediatric) with experience in ICU / HDU or Complex Care in the community.Driving License and a car insured for business use.What you will be doing:Acting as support to the care management team to assess the clinical needs of our clients, implementing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments for all aspects of clinical care. Providing training and competency assessment for clinical skills. Participating in weekly clinical case reviews. Supporting with medicines management and the implementation of medication administration records. You will get the opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and experience to interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes and learning disability establishments.Part of this role will require you to take part in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis (Likely to be one weekend in four initially but frequency will decrease as team expands).
