They're recognised as leaders in their space.In this role, you will:Design, build, and scale high-performance blockchain infrastructureResearch and prototype novel sequencing techniques, auction mechanisms, and systems designOwn greenfield projects end-to-end - from architecture and experimentation to production deploymentRequirements:3+ years of backend experience in low-level languages (Rust, C++, Go)Experience with core blockchain infrastructure (nodes, validators, RPCs, indexers)Distributed systems & consensus protocolsStorage/database systemsHigh-performance or networking systemsExperience running reliable, production-grade systemsProven ability to ship complex projects end-to-endStrong ownership and autonomyFast learner, thrives in fast-paced environmentsMoves quickly, iterates often, and deliversAdvantageous:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldResearch experience in blockchain or related domainsOpen source contributionsSolidity experience and smart contract deploymentCompensation & Benefits:Strong base salaryCash bonus (profit sharing)Equity and other benefitsRelocation and visa sponsorship available for candidates outside the UKApply Now
