We're Hiring | Production Operations TechnicianLocation: UKHours: Monday-Friday - 6am-3pm We're partnering with a leading industrial process solutions company investing heavily in new UK facilities as they scale from 10 to 50 employees over the next 3-4 years.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, technical accuracy, and supporting safe, compliant production processes. What You'll Be DoingCarry out all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections before products are releasedEnsure all vessels are maintained, removing any that require repair or attentionMaintain accurate labelling and documentation with strong attention to detailInspect pressure gauges and monitoring devices and report faults to the Maintenance ManagerPrepare transport and documentation for outgoing goods once trained and signed offLiaise with customer service teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in fullProvide daily operational updates to internal stakeholdersKnowledge and Bartender labelling system when working in DespatchProcess orders in line with work instructions, including correct packaging and maintaining delivery datesEnsure goods leave on time and error-free to prevent customer NCRsHandle products safely at all timesMaintain accurate production records in compliance with HSE, legislative and internal proceduresReport accidents and incidents promptlyCarry out periodic plant checks to ensure safe and efficient operationComplete daily check sheets and compliance documentsOperate forklift trucks, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environmentAssist with loading/unloading trucks and trailers when requiredCarry out preparation, valving, testing and packing tasks once trained and deemed competent What Makes You GreatPrevious experience as in production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accuratelyGood written skills to complete compliance documentation clearly and neatlyWillingness to learn technical processes and achieve competency sign-offAbility to work safely and responsibly in an industrial production environmentForklift certification desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
