As a Senior Support Workers, you will oversee a small team of Learning Support Workers to help our autistic adult learners in the attainment of knowledge and skills that will enhance their wellbeing, independence and social inclusion. This will be via effective personal support planning that encourages learners participation in social, leisure, educational and employment opportunities both within the centre and out in the local community. The Senior Support Workers will also work closely with the Team Leaders to provide line management, training and mentoring that supports the wider team and utilises their current PBS skills and knowledge whilst also building their own skills and experience in Autism and Behaviour Analysis.
