You will be delivering employment support to participants in parallel to the health treatments being delivered by NHS clinicians which is embedded with Primary Care, Community Health Teams, and the wider community. Working intensively with a maximum active caseload of 25 participants who have a health condition which impacts on their ability to gain work or stay in work, you will assist them to obtain and sustain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals, following the eight principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).Meeting and exceeding performance targets for referrals, programme starts, employer engagement, job starts and sustainment, in compliance with contractual guidelines and quality procedures. Location: Birmingham/Solihull Salary: Full Time and Permanent - 28,407 - 34,037 You will have: Proven experience of supporting people to obtain or keep work. Proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets. Proactive approach to engaging with participants and sourcing potential referrals.
