Falcon Green is delighted to be partnering with one of Europes largest and most reputable contractors, renowned for delivering complex, large-scale projects across the Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-performing team in Helsinki, Finland on a prestigious, high-profile project. Successful candidates will possess extensive mission-critical experience and be confident operating within demanding live environments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines. Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams. Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations at all times. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Safely manage works within live environments, ensuring client systems remain operational during construction activities. Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and foster effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Requirements: A qualified electrical tradesperson with 510 years experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices. Proven experience working with both electrical and mechanical systems. Competent with relevant software and digital systems.
