The Role: As a Key Stage 1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to Key Stage 1 pupils with SEN. Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs. Promote independence, confidence, and social development. Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment. Manage behaviour positively and consistently. Assist with personal care and wellbeing where required. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals. Abou You You should have: Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable, not essential). A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
