Job Description

We're looking for an Implementation Manager to join our growing Implementation team and play a key role in onboarding new EVRi clients. This is a highly visible role where you'll ensure our customers' first experience of EVRi is seamless, positive, and sets them up for long-term success. Working closely with the Implementation Team Manager and Senior Implementation Manager, you'll lead the onboarding of key clients, managing each implementation as a structured project and acting as the bridge between Sales, Client Development, and Operations. You'll also provide short-term nursery care support for existing clients during periods of service strain, helping stabilise performance and identify long-term solutions. Interested? Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as Implementation Manager: Lead end-to-end onboarding for key clients with annual volumes of 500k+, ensuring a smooth transition from competitor networks to EVRi. Act as the main point of contact for customers during implementation, owning communication, updates, risks, and milestone tracking. Run each onboarding as a structured project, providing clear updates. Provide short-term project support to clients experiencing service strain. Investigate root causes, analyse operational and performance data, and produce clear reports with recommendations and solutions. Truck scheduling, forecasting, vehicle sizing, and site readiness. Traffic presentation across Next Day, Standard, Light & Large services. IT integrations (e.g. Metapack, Sorted, N-Shift, Mintsoft), ensuring clients can access EVRi labels via direct or third-party platforms. Customer Services onboarding, including WISMO processes and claims agreements. CX notifications (email and SMS), ensuring accurate configuration to protect the end-consumer experience. MI reporting and client packs, ensuring standardised, controlled, and consistent outputs. Still interested? Great news! Here's what you'll bring: Project Management qualification or degree-level education (desirable). Full UK driving licence essential this role involves extensive national travel. Minimum 2 years' experience leading onboarding or implementation projects within logistics, distribution, or FMCG. Strong relationship management skills, with experience working with senior and director-level stakeholders. Experience handling client complaints, issue resolution, and service investigations. Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and produce clear, actionable reports. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (desirable). Understanding of integration platforms and APIs (advantageous). Ability to lead short-term tactical projects, interpret data sets, and recommend practical solutions to resolve service issues.
