Senior Paralegal Property Team Location: Chepstow Firm: Well-established High Street Law Firm TSR Legal working closely with a long-standing, well-regarded high street law firm in Chepstow who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable paralegal who enjoys having responsibility, autonomy and the chance to be involved in fee-earning work, while remaining part of a traditional, close-knit firm with strong local roots. The Role The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners and partners, managing a varied workload and supporting matters from instruction through to completion. The role will also include handling your own files, subject to experience and supervision. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of property matters with fee-earning responsibility where appropriate Drafting and preparing legal documentation Conducting searches, title checks and dealing with requisitions Liaising directly with clients, agents and third parties Supporting senior fee earners on more complex transactions Assisting with post-completion matters Helping to maintain excellent client care standards and file management About You An experienced Paralegal, ideally within residential conveyancing (or a mixed property background) Comfortable handling matters with a degree of autonomy Strong organisational and communication skills Confident dealing directly with clients Keen to progress and develop within a high street law firm environment Whats on Offer A stable, friendly and supportive working environment Genuine fee-earning exposure and responsibility Long-term career prospects within a respected local firm Competitive salary, reflective of experience The opportunity to be part of a firm with an excellent local reputation Interested?
