This role requires deep knowledge of Lloyd's and London Market claims practices, regulatory compliance, and experience in implementing or working with Guidewire solutions. Your Responsibilities (Up to 10, no repetition) Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for London Market claims processes, including ECF (Electronic Claims File) and Write-Back functionality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate claims requirements specific to London Market. Support Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration for London Market workflows. Ensure compliance with Lloyd's standards and market regulations throughout the claims lifecycle. Provide guidance on claims triage, settlement, and reporting for complex and high-value claims. Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and client stakeholders. Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of London Market-specific features. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Guidewire best practices. Oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Lloyd's standards and UK market regulations. Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging deep market knowledge to recommend and implement best practices. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums for internal teams and client stakeholders. Provide expert guidance on claims triage, settlement, reporting, and resolution of complex and high-value claims. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, business, regulatory) to deliver seamless claims operations and transformation outcomes. Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience Hands-on experience in London Market claims, with a proven track record in Lloyd's and company market environments. In-depth understanding of ECF Write-Back, London Market messaging, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring claims teams. Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
