Commercial Manager Portsmouth | Hybrid up to 48 per hour Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Commercial & Contracts function. In this role, you will manage a broad range of commercial and contractual activities across high-value, complex programmes. You will act as a key advisor to internal teams, ensuring commercial best practices, risk management and governance are consistently applied. You will be joining a leading organisation within the defence and space sector, known for delivering cutting-edge technology and large-scale mission-critical programmes. Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrated commercial or contract management experience. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage customer-facing interactions. Experience working on competitive bids or tenders. Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence across teams. Understanding of project management, risk and financial principles, with ability to obtain SC clearance.
