Robertson Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company as they look for laser operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machinery to produce high-quality components to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety standards. Working hours: 18:00pm - 06:00am 4 on 4 off shift pattern Key Responsibilities Setting up and operating CNC laser cutting machines Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Loading materials and unloading finished components Carrying out basic machine adjustments and checks Monitoring cutting quality and making corrections where necessary Requirements Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (essential) Experience working with sheet metal (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium) Ability to read and understand technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Knowledge of health 'safety in a manufacturing environment Benefits Competitive rate of pay (dependent on experience) Overtime opportunities Permanent role Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to develop skills within a growing company If you are interested in this role please contact Dan on 07464 733898 TPBN1_UKTJ
