We believe in recognising talent, developing potential, and promoting from within.The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organisedContract Leadto support our Contract Manager in delivering a responsive and efficient repairs service to our social housing clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference in residents lives by ensuring their homes are safe, secure, and well-maintained.As Contract Lead, youll be the day-to-day go-to for operational support, helping coordinate works, liaise with operatives and subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure KPIs are met. Youll need to be confident in communication, resilient in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering a great service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Contract Manager with the delivery of reactive repairs to housing association propertiesCoordinate daily scheduling and allocation of worksAct as a key contact between operatives, residents, client representatives, and internal teamsMonitor and report on job progress, ensuring timely completion and high standardsAssist with performance tracking, compliance checks, and quality assuranceIdentify issues or delays and take proactive steps to resolve themMaintain accurate records and contribute to client reportingPromote a positive health and safety culture on site and in all operationsWhat Were Looking ForExperience in a similar role within housing repairs or maintenanceStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and solve problems proactivelyFamiliarity with scheduling systems and performance monitoringA customer-first mindset and commitment to service qualityUnderstanding of the social housing sector is desirableThis is a full-timeoffice-based (not remote working) position.Our hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and this role requires working until 6pm and 1 Saturday or Sunday each month.
