Temporary Front of House/ Community Associate Location:? MK9, Milton Keynes Duration: w/c 5 th January Tue- Thur , 8am-5pm or 9am to 6pm , every week w ith potential to extend into February. Contract:?Temporary (Agency) Rate: 16.00 per hour via umbrella We are recruiting a t emporary Front of House / Community Associate to support a premium, purpose-driven flexible workspace provider across multiple sites. This is a customer-facing role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments and enjoy delivering an outstanding member experience. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome while supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver a friendly, professional front-of-house and reception service Act as first and last point of contact for members and visitors, in person, by phone and email Manage internal front desk duties including check-ins and check-outs , meeting room bookings and deliveries Complete New Member move-in administration in line with SOPs Support member onboarding, events and community engagement Maintain high standards across reception, communal areas and meeting rooms Handle all member and external enquiries in person, by phone and via email Carry out daily walkthroughs and report maintenance or operational issues Notify members of deliveries and communicate gues t or tour arrivals internall y Support opening and closing procedures and general site operations Overall Team Player cover lunch breaks, sickness and annual leave when required Experience Required Previous 5 f ront-of-house, reception or customer-facing experience essential Background in hospitality, co-working, events, luxury retail or members clubs desirable Experience working in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems , email, calendar Experience with CRM or booking systems beneficial TPBN1_UKTJ
